The number 10 with either a business fold or a square fold is the most widely recognized envelope. These envelopes are intended for machine insertion. Therefore, making them a perfect choice for regular postal mail, bills and checks. It is also regularly utilized for letterhead and individual correspondence. These envelopes are opened along the top edge and have diagonal seams.
Square Flap
It is frequently used to add contemporary flair. These are suitable for engraving, thermography, and processes of printing. However, is it not the best option for automatic insertion equipment.
Policy Flap
Policy envelopes are regularly utilized for custom marketing material and invitations, where this envelope has the opening on the end of the envelope
